Executive Summary: N-STA-SMILE mini disposable pre-pasted toothbrushes is a new idea in marketing of mini disposable toothbrushes. Our goal is to put N-STA-SMILE pre-pasted toothbrush dispensers in bathrooms of businesses across the United States.

Kerry Evans, President, is the sole owner. With advice from CPA and attorney, Mr. Evans chose to incorporate N-STA-SMILE as an S-Corporation. He has filed for Articles of Incorporation with the Arkansas Secretary of State's Office.

Potential target customers include restaurants, truck stops, office buildings, lounges, schools, airports, casino's, mini-marts all places who have food and restrooms. Customer potential is unlimited.

Mr. Evans will hire all people necessary to complete the distribution of this product. Mr. Evans will interview and hire/fire employee's as well as monitor employee's performance.

N-STA-SMILE machines will be placed in restrooms so that consumers can simply go to restroom buy a pre-pasted tooth brush, brush teeth then dispose of brush and head back to work or play.

N-STA-SMILE will strive to provide a great product at a great price. N-STA-SMILE has set up a internet page for easy access to our product and service. N-STA-SMILE will eventually target the whole U.S. so that our product can be found in all facilities across the USA.

Direct Sales/Client Meetings: A significant market task will be contacting potential clients, setting up appointments and demonstrations and working through contracts with new clients. Direct contact with potential clients will allow N-STA-SMILE an opportunity to gain clients and area's of distributions.

Internet Presence: N-STA-SMILE has setup website for ordering of machine, supplies and contact with company support.

Promotional material: Label on machine, internet, business cards and word of mouth will provide information for contacting company.
